We’re now seeking a passionate and data-driven Marketing Executive, Retention & Loyalty, to join our team and help deliver exceptional subscriber experiences that build long-term engagement by strengthening direct relationships and enhancing customer interactions.

About The Role

  • The ideal candidate can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Adelaide.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance subscriber engagement, retention and loyalty across the lifecycle.
  • Design and roll out end-to-end retention programs aligned with business goals and subscriber needs.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to proactively identify churn risks and strategically increase customer lifetime value.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve retention campaigns and subscriber experiences.
  • Collaborate across departments to create consistent and engaging customer touchpoints.
  • Coordinate daily operations of loyalty programs, including enrolment, reward redemption journeys and multi-channel communications.
  • Monitor and report on key subscriber retention and loyalty metrics, campaign performance, and budget activity.
  • Work with key stakeholders to build programs, maintain and add enhancements to improve customer experience – including editorial, product, marketing and delivery teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and marketing best practices.

Who are you?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on retention, loyalty, or lifecycle marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Genuine interest in the media industry and a drive to enhance subscriber engagement and loyalty
