Petite Wellington
As Gordon Ramsay’s signature dish, Beef Wellington is by far the most ordered item in the restaurant. Previously only available at dinner, now guests can savour this celebrated classic at lunch with the addition of Petite Wellington. Just like the dinner entrée, this four-ounce version is served with Potato Purée, Glazed Baby Root Vegetables, and Red Wine Demi. A sumptuous offering for USD 45.
Express Lunch
The restaurant now offers a curated “Express Lunch” menu designed for a 60-minute dining experience that includes the restaurant’s most requested items. From Sticky Cauliflower and the Harvest Salad to the RK Burger and the new Petite Beef Wellington, diners can enjoy their favourite Ramsay’s Kitchen dishes and keep their schedule on track. Two prix fixe menu options are available Monday through Friday 11:00 am to 2:00 pm: a two-course for USD 32 and a three-course for USD 39. The exception is the Petite Wellington, where additional preparation time is required and a USD 25 surcharge applies.
Private Transfer
Whether gathering to discuss business, bond as a team, or celebrate a big win or a birthday, the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis house driver will whisk diners from their downtown office to the restaurant and back by private car or van, adding an extra special touch to afternoon team outings. The private transfer option is exclusively offered to parties with a midweek lunch reservation at Ramsay’s Kitchen St. Louis, and arrangements can be made via email: restaurant.stlouis@fourseasons.com. A 72-hour advance notice is required and minimum capacity is four and maximum capacity is ten passengers with pick up from one location. The service is not available on weekends and is subject to availability.
Located on the eighth floor of Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, Ramsay’s Kitchen St. Louis offers a breathtaking backdrop of the iconic Gateway Arch and mighty Mississippi River.
