Ryman, a specialized stationery retailer on the UK high street, has introduced its new loyalty program called Ryman Rewards. This scheme provides customers with exclusive pricing for around 200 in-store products and 700 online products. Customers can accumulate rewards points with each purchase, participate in prize draws, receive email receipts, and receive personalized offers that are valid for both in-store and online purchases.

Theo Paphitis, the chairman and owner of Ryman, expressed that the company’s 130-year history of serving customers on the high street aligns with the launch of Ryman Rewards, especially in light of the ongoing cost-of-living challenges. Paphitis emphasized the program’s aim to provide better deals to customers during these times.

Upon enrolling in the program, customers will receive 100 bonus points with their first Ryman Rewards purchase. The digital Ryman Rewards ID barcode can be accessed in the ‘My Account’ section of the retailer’s website and can be added to customers’ Apple or Google wallets.

Paphitis further stated that the company intends to stand by its customers during challenging periods by presenting reduced pricing for a diverse range of everyday items upon registration and by consistently rewarding them with points for each transaction. The Ryman Rewards launch is anticipated to be warmly received by customers who seek reduced costs for their Ryman shopping.
