This annual report, now in its third year, draws upon research conducted between August 17 2023 to August 23 2023 on 10,057 general respondents across the US, UK, Australia, and Germany. The result of this research tells us a great deal about customer loyalty in today’s world of digital-first retail, always-on commerce, and increasingly in-control consumers.
