The new five-year agreements with customer insights and media firm, dunnhumby, and marketing technology company, Eagle Eye Solutions Group, will give customers greater personalisation and loyalty experiences.

The John Lewis Partnership (JLP) has announced partnerships with marketing companies dunnhumby and Eagle Eye to improve its relationships with customers and provide more benefits. The agreements will run for five years and offer greater personalization and loyalty experiences for JLP’s 20 million customers across its stores, websites, and apps. The company has also appointed Emily Wells as its first pan-Partnership head of loyalty, responsible for developing and launching a new pan-Partnership loyalty proposition in 2024. JLP aims to transform its brands by providing a more personalized experience for customers, building on the successful relaunches of the My Waitrose and My John Lewis loyalty programs.
