GLOBreezeway has announced the launch of Assist AI, a new series of automation features on its platform that integrates generative AI technology powered by ChatGPT. The first feature, Suggested Replies, uses AI to read Breezeway property profiles, reservations, and Breezeway Guide data, along with guest messages, to create suggested responses that can save property managers time and reduce repetitive work. The responses can include anything from WiFi instructions to local restaurant recommendations. Property managers can access the feature within the Breezeway guest messaging tool, edit responses if needed, and send them to guests. Breezeway aims to personalize each feature of Assist AI to match the brand and audience of short-term rental companies while providing guests with a personal service that meets their rising expectations. The new AI technology is one of the first in the short-term rental space to enhance its product offerings and build additional solutions for property managers. Customers can activate the feature within their Breezeway Labs settings.
