Flying Blue (FFP by Air France-KLM) launched new redesigned app which offers customers more personalisation & access to new features such as faster check-in, purchasing of add-ons and following checked in luggage.

The KLM app which we knew has been completely revamped targeting even more enjoyable experience, personalised to every journey.
From the planning stages to actual trip en-route, the app is now redesigned to help find everything customer needs at his/her fingertips, but easier and more intuitive, including:
- Passangers are able to reach essentials like booked flights, check-in and boarding pass faster at a single glance.
- It is also possible to purchase all favourite add-ons, like extra baggage or upgrades, and book hotels and cars to complement a trip.
- Management of customer’s profile and Flying Blue account now is availaible anytime.
- The app also features latest deals on the app to start planning next vacation.
- Customers can now follow their checked-in baggage after drop-off at Amsterdam-Schiphol and Paris-Charles de Gaulle. (This new feature is only available at these two airports for now.)
- If customer already has the app installed on a phone or tablet, the new update will automatically appear.
- For new users, the app can be downloaded from the Apple App store or Google Play store.
