PURPOSE:
As the Global Head of Partnerships for Abercrombie & Kent, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing our worldwide partnership strategy. This role is pivotal in identifying, securing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that enhance our position in the Luxury travel market and drive global growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnership strategy specific to sector, identify-ing key players and markets.
- Evaluate potential partners for alignment with our brand and objectives. Focusing on Client Ac-quisition, Brand elevation Product and driving Revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global luxury brand partners, fostering collabora-tion for mutual benefit.
- Act as the primary liaison, ensuring effective communication and alignment of strategic goals.
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements with a focus on creative and unique alli-ances,
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and re-gional offices, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to teams involved in partner-related activities across different time zones.
- Stay informed about global travel trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identi-fy new partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular market analysis to tailor partnership strategies to diverse regional markets.
- Establish KPIs for partnerships and regularly assess and report on performance.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize and enhance partnership strategies globally.
- Work closely with regional teams to tailor partnership strategies to local travel markets, ensur-ing a cohesive global approach.
- Adapt strategies to address regional nuances while maintaining a consistent global brand pres-ence.
- Drive innovation in via partnership models and explore unconventional collaborations to set us apart in the competitive travel industry.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be good although not essential.
- Proven experience in partnership management within Luxury, media travel or hospitality in-dustries.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a global perspective.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in cross-cultural contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Familiarity with travel industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
