Ennismore’s “Dis-loyalty” concept is all set to go live on July 27, offering a convenient online platform for members to sign up with a monthly subscription fee of $18. Upon registration, members can immediately enjoy the benefits, including substantial discounts of up to 50% on stays at newly launched hotels.

The primary aim of “Dis-loyalty,” as explained by Martina Luger, the company’s chief brand officer, is to promote exploration of new venues and experiences while simplifying the loyalty process, moving away from complex loyalty programs.

Participating members gain access to discounts across 75 Ennismore hotels, restaurants, and bars, spanning its 10 participating brands, such as 25hours Hotels, Mama Shelter, The Hoxton, Mondrian, and SLS.

There are five main benefits of joining the program:

  • 50% off a hotel stay when members book a hotel that has opened within the past three months
  • 20% off the first time members stay at any of the 75+ member hotels for the first time
  • 10% off return stays for all subsequent stays
  • 10% off all food & drink purchases at 150+ restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, for tables of up to six people
  • 365 free barista-made coffee and tea drinks per year (one per day) at any of the brand’s restaurants and bars
