Air Canada has unveiled a striking new aircraft livery celebrating Canadian Olympians and Paralympians bound for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games. The custom design—featured on Fin 940, an Airbus A330—highlights several newly named Team Air Canada Athlete Ambassadors and symbolizes the determination and pride of Team Canada. The aircraft’s first scheduled flight with the commemorative livery, AC894, departs today for Milan.
As the Official Airline of Team Canada, Air Canada will transport more than 750 athletes and support staff to and from the Games. The airline also continues its employee-driven Going for Gold program to ensure athletes enjoy smooth, supportive travel.
“This livery is a tribute to the spirit and resilience of Team Canada,” said Andy Shibata, Vice President, Brand. “We’re proud to fly our athletes to Milano Cortina and celebrate a partnership built on excellence and national unity.”
Canadian Olympic and Paralympic leaders echoed the excitement, noting that the design underscores the ambition of Canadian athletes and helps rally the nation ahead of the Games.
