The International Premium Products & Benefits team (IPPB), within the ICS COE, is responsible for delivering and enabling transformational growth opportunities by delivering best-in-class premium products, capabilities, customer experiences & partnerships to drive revenue growth and margin expansion. The ICS GNS team as part of the IPPB organisation is responsible for the product strategy and delivery of these key enterprise assets for GNS premium products that span across 30+ network issuers.
Reporting to the Director, GNS Products and Partnerships, this manager will be responsible for supporting the GNS premium product strategy and standardization across ICS and GNS. They will lead product and benefits enablement including governance frameworks and process development and enabling best practice sharing, across ICS, TLS, and GNS with a focus to unlock enterprise value. In addition, they will be the key point of contact for GNS marketing COE, in relation to enterprise product strategy, enterprise platform migration, and benefits enablement on R42.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be comfortable with enabling collaboration across multiple organizations including GNS Central and regional marketing teams, the ICS International Premium Product and Benefits teams, Travel and Lifestyle Services (TLS), and Enterprise Platforms to deliver impact.
Minimum qualifications
- Partner closely with the GNS product team to unlock key enterprise assets for new and existing products and drive harmonization across the proprietary and GNS product line strategie
- Oversee access to enterprise travel and hotel benefits for GNS including lounge, FHR and THC.
- Drive the expansion of our central ICS premium product and benefits assets and consult GNS on best practices across
- Optimise the platform enablement model, including benefits enablement on R42 and the platform migration roadmap. Assess and support platform strategy for enabling enterprise benefits for GNS.
- Establish product and benefits governance framework and controls between ICS and GNS to drive operational excellence and manage risk proactively
- Build analysis to drive product, benefits, and platform strategies and key decisions
- Be a conscious, self-aware, and supportive leader to one analyst
Preferred qualifications
- Strategic mind-set and ability to develop and deliver strong product, benefits, and platform strategies
- Strong planning and organizational skills with an ability to anticipate, project manage and deliver complex processes, projects and reporting
- Attention to detail and proven ability to drive results and ensure flawless execution with clear commercial outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships, impeccable interpersonal skills, proven ability to influence across multiple global teams
- Ability to build processes and drive operational governance with a keen focus on managing risk
- Ability to work across a matrixed organization and galvanize them against a common objective
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive, high impact, presentations, and clear and concise comms (verbal and written) to bring stakeholders along
- International experience and knowledge; global and cultural mind-set is a must.
- Positive team player with superior listening skills and the ability to adapt to shifting or changing priorities
- Positive “roll-up your sleeves” attitude, proactive growth mindset, and passion to learn and win
