Raise, a leader in the global gift market and pioneer in blockchain-powered payments and loyalty, today announced a partnership with Bilt to integrate gift cards into the Bilt Rewards program. Bilt, a program allowing consumers to earn rewards on rent payments and daily neighborhood spend, now allows residents to redeem points for gift cards via the Raise API.

While consumer rewards are the focal point of the partnership, Raise’s API integration into Bilt provides enhanced incentives for property managers as well by supplementing traditional leasing incentives. Initiated in January 2025, the partnership has already seen widespread success during its first-month trial, seeing impressive traction across major retailers.

Ankur Jain, Founder and CEO of Bilt Rewards, commented on today’s news: “We selected Raise as our gift card API partner because they take a consumer-first, technology-driven approach to how they do business. We look forward to working with the Raise team to provide Bilt Members with access to their favorite home and neighborhood retailers.”

Raise Platform’s gift card API is built on the latest technology, offering seamless integration and unparalleled flexibility for businesses of all sizes and is engineered to scale effortlessly to meet growing business needs. Beyond basic gift card creation and redemption, Raise API supports advanced features like balance inquiries, transaction history, cancellations, add to wallet and more, leveraging its open API to integrate these features seamlessly into Bilt Rewards.

George Bousis, CEO of Raise added, “Bilt has captivated the real estate community with its market-leading rewards program and introducing gift cards allows for their Members to redeem points to spend at their favorite entertainment, sports, technology, and apparel stores. We’re excited to unlock extended access to these retailers via the Raise API and will continue to grow this segment of the program through special events and added incentives in the coming months.”

Bilt partners and retailers who participate in the Rewards program can take advantage of Raise API’s business offerings, streamlined management tools, and an accessible interface, ensuring that experienced and first-time users alike will be able to easily navigate the platform. Through the integration, Bilt will have access to real-time reporting, analytics, and back office operations to help guide the future of gift card redemption on their platform, ensuring that the offering is catered toward the needs and trends dictated by its consumer base.
