Circle K Ireland has earned the title of Best Customer Loyalty Programme at the 2025 Customer Experience Awards, recognising the strong performance of its Circle K Extra loyalty offering. The awards draw submissions from top organisations across Ireland’s major industries.
Circle K Extra is a digital, mobile-first rewards platform built around three key principles of customer value. The programme tailors incentives to individual behaviour and communicates them straight to users through the app.
“Our priority is to deliver genuine value through meaningful rewards—whether that’s fuel savings, category-specific deals, or exclusive offers within Circle K Extra that positively impact our customers’ daily routines,” said Ciara Foxton, Managing Director of Circle K Ireland.
In partnership with PDI Technologies, Circle K Ireland enhanced its loyalty framework using a shared core platform, ensuring a seamless transition for customers. Existing members were automatically moved to the updated programme with little disruption—requiring only an app update to unlock new perks such as tiered fuel discounts, complimentary coffee and car washes, and exclusive in-store promotions.
