The “Top Employer Institute” has recognized the company for the 18th time in a row for its outstanding conditions as an employer. To this end, around 2,300 companies from more than 120 countries were analyzed in a comprehensive evaluation process. The assessment was based on six HR dimensions and, within these, in a total of 20 HR areas, including Performance & Values, Learning and Work Environment.
Loyalty Partner scored particularly well in the Employer Branding, Talent & Acquisition and Onboarding categories, achieving almost 100%. However, the company also outperformed the competition in the areas of Business Strategy, People Strategy and Leadership.
