Additionally, they secured two Silver Awards for Best Card-Based Loyalty Programme and Best Use of Rewards & Incentives, as well as a Bronze Award for Best Use of Direct Marketing.
The Loyalty & Engagement Awards recognize outstanding loyalty marketing strategies across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. The judging process is carried out by an independent panel of experienced marketers and loyalty experts.
