The Role:
The Bonus and Reward Manager will deliver on new customer incentive programmes across FDJ UNITED’s global footprint. The individual will be responsible for the lifecycle management of the reward mix, incorporating behavioural, interest, advocacy and product drivers.
Reward programmes are a vital factor in incentivising the ‘right’ customer for FDJ UNITED, the role will incorporate this ethos into narratives that commands attention, builds excitement and truly brings the brand to life across key visitor touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have successfully managed a portfolio of activity across market leading brands and demonstratable record of high-quality prospect conversion, driving long term customer loyalty. This role requires a holistic approach towards bonus campaign delivery and stakeholder engagement – strategic thinking, financial prudence, creativity and translating business need into technical action. Underpinned by a passion for fostering localised, meaningful connection, FDJ UNITED places a customer centric approach at the heart of all marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimise acquisition bonus campaigns tailored to key audience segments and focussed on commercial KPIs.
- Campaign activity will captivate core customer groups, cultivate brand loyalty, and achieve sustainable value creation through effective use of FDJ UNITED’s reward ecosystem including automated journeys via optimove.
- Collaborate closely with market, channel and cross-functional teams to run activity in line with overall business objectives and marketing activity, harnessing our localised brand and product mix to deliver compelling experiences for our target audience.
- Deliver activity against agreed KPIs, ensuring sustained performance and providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders that inform decision-making and optimisation efforts.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative promotions, reward mechanics, and gamification elements that resonate with motivators of sports and gaming enthusiasts; building incremental point-of-difference and local relevance.
- Product Development: Contribute to workstreams relating to the scoping, refinement and delivery of progressive features to the FDJ UNITED reward ecosystem. Stay informed with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in reward program management, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and differentiate our offering within the gaming space, circulating these within key team forums.
- Ensure best in class compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines that ensure FDJ UNITED’s success as a locally regulated operator.
- Ensure that you, and your team, adhere to the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations within your direct responsibility and control.
- Ensure any non-compliance incidents within your team are raised through the appropriate channels (Compliance Incidents Process) and that your team are informed of any reporting processes relevant to them.
- Challenge processes, policies and projects that will negatively impact compliance within the Group.
- Ensure your team’s completion of all mandatory compliance trainings within the set deadline.
- Reach out to the Compliance Teams if unsure of any of your compliance obligations or the requirements are unclear.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple workstreams, with a focus on campaign management within omnichannel digital marketing.
- Plus if prior experience within highly regulated environments.
- Experience with campaign lifecycle management, planning activity around key seasonal and commercial focal points.
- Familiarity with product saturation pivots and adjustments when indicated by market conditions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret behavioural and commercial data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise programme performance.
- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches to engage visitors and encourage healthy early playthrough habits.
- Excellent account management, communication and stakeholder collaboration skillset, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Comfortable handling multiple workstreams, dynamic priorities across various geolocations and time zones.
- Familiarity with a range of industry leading digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and analytical suites.
- Commitment to fostering a growth culture, incorporating diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sports and iGaming community, with a genuine appreciation for the interests and passions of our team.
