In this position…

As a Journeys & Loyalty Benefits PM, you will create new journeys to attract customers to our digital experiences and create personalized opportunities to drive higher loyalty. You will manage the vision, user experience, engineering execution, and delivery of Ford Credit digital experiences.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do…

  • Developing product roadmaps and overseeing the delivery of high-quality and impactful launches through platform governance.
  • Leading loyalty lifecycle strategies, including email, push, and SMS, to drive cohesive and engaging customer experiences.
  • Demonstrating a deep problem-solving orientation in a complex and matrixed stakeholder environment.
  • Utilizing different personalization and targeting strategies, leveraging data-driven cohorts to develop audience segmentation.
  • Implementing constant and agile ‘test and learn’ approaches to develop loyalty strategic and marketing programs and member experiences, leveraging customer segmentation and personalization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience for customers.

Qualifications

You’ll have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, and/or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on consumer experiences and loyalty.
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical thinking with a customer-oriented lens.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.
