The German subsidiary of the Fressnapf Group, Europe’s market leader in pet supplies, has extended its partnership with the largest and most popular German loyalty program for the long term.

The German subsidiary of the Fressnapf Group, Europe’s market leader in pet supplies, has extended its partnership with the largest and most popular German loyalty program for the long term. “The extension of our partnership with PAYBACK is an important step to make the shopping experience for our customers even more personalized and rewarding. Through the synergy of the popular PAYBACK loyalty program and our ‘Friends’ loyalty program, we create a unique offer: tailored promotions and benefits that perfectly match the needs of our customers – both in-store and online,” said Johannes Schuster, Director of Customer Experience at Fressnapf Germany.

An additional aspect of the contract extension is the active integration of PAYBACK benefits into the Fressnapf app, making the app even more attractive for Fressnapf customers. PAYBACK currently has 31 million active customers, with 13 million using the highly awarded PAYBACK app.

“The strength of the PAYBACK network comes from the fact that over 700 companies work together with great conviction. These partnerships are at the heart of our success story and allow us to offer our customers countless benefits. We are all very happy that Fressnapf continues to rely on this network. This way, customers can collect points more easily, benefit from our offers, and save money,” said Florian Wolfframm, a member of the PAYBACK management team.

The two companies have been cooperating since 2015. The extension of the partnership with PAYBACK ensures that customers can continue to easily and conveniently collect points at Fressnapf, whether in one of the approximately 1,000 stores or online at www.fressnapf.de.
