Dr. Ricardo Pilon is an experienced commercial airline executive with over 28 years of experience. He specializes in building the bridge between strategic business management, organization design, and the application of AI to achieve improved outcomes. Ricardo has worked for KPMG, vendors, and airlines such as KLM, Air Transat, Emirates, Etihad, Air New Zealand, Singapore Airlines, Qatar and many others in 119 countries. He is a published author of “Cruising to Profits®” and the upcoming “AI in Commercial Aviation” book.

Charles (Chuck) Ehredt is a seasoned entrepreneur and is CEO and co-founder of Currency Alliance. Chuck oversees a new way for brands to collaborate through loyalty initiatives, so they can affordably capture a spectrum of customer insights that ensure better personalization and maximize lifetime value. As a serial entrepreneur, Chuck has launched 12 companies, invested in more than 20, and has been passionate about the potential for AI during the past 20+ years.

Anthony Wintheiser, Chief Product Officer at Kognitiv, has spent the last 15+ years helping leading brands in retail, restaurant, and consumer packaged goods deliver more relevant experiences and build more valuable relationships with their customers. In his current role he is focused on leveraging the power of predictive analytics to enable outcomes-based optimization that increases customer lifetime value, while automating marketing execution, and delivering other operation efficiencies.
