05 – Are the trends that you’re seeing on experiences in developed markets vs. emerging markets are same or there is a difference? What are you seeing in the new growth markets? Do you think it’s the digital KYC that was one of the fundamental stones that lifted India?

20 – We’re seeing at Global Loyalty Organization that in emerging markets such as UAE, India, Brazil, Argentina Turkey the innovators, e.g. the new players, are leapfrogging some of the developed markets’ players because they’re able to implement technologies, digital KYC, the onboarding processes for the client much faster than currently in traditional developed markets such as the USA, the UK, EU where customers already have 4-5 cards. That’s why at GLO we are inviting players from global emerging markets to GLO, a global loyalty network, to see what’s happening, who is the leader, and who is providing the most advanced and innovative solutions. Looking into 2024 what opportunities and challenges do you see at Visa in these markets?

10 – What opportunities and challenges do you see for Visa?

03 – What is the DNA of Visa? What is the differentiating part of the business proposition? What do you provide clients to deepen relationships, to offer better reach?

34 – With your current experience in the sector, if you could look back at a young Luigi, who is just starting in the payments, customer experience, and finance sector fields, what advice you could give to your younger self?

43 – If we look at your wallet – what core brand cards would we find or what is your favourite program that you collect miles or points or experiences?

47 – If you had a magic wand in your current position and you could immediately add any feature or any technology to the current Visa or brand or loyalty proposition what would it be?

48 – If you had one million miles or points in your loyalty account or wallet, how would you spend them?
