Infobip has joined forces with Hagens to assist construction company HM Engenharia in cutting expenses, enhancing sales, and improving customer loyalty in the real estate industry.
GLOInfobip has teamed up with Hagens, a digital transformation specialist, to help Brazilian construction company HM Engenharia digitize its business model, reduce costs, and improve sales. Using Infobip’s global cloud communications platform, Hagens personalized and improved the customer experience for HM Engenharia, leading to a 4.2 times increase in customer lead conversion and a reduction in sales costs by 51%. The partnership also enabled HM Engenharia to reduce negotiation time from 36 days to just seven, reaching its 12-month sales target in just nine months. Hagens also built a new platform to connect HM Engenharia’s homeowners to the services they need, creating a community and new revenue streams.
