In this role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing a company-wide AI enablement strategy. “With this new position, we are creating another important building block to ensure that all colleagues at PAYBACK can use AI responsibly, safely, and creatively,” says Norbert Wirth, Head of Data. “Franziska brings exactly the right mix of expertise, practical experience, and innovative strength to the table.”

Franziska’s responsibilities include developing guidelines and training programs, introducing secure AI tools, and identifying and implementing relevant use cases. Franziska Kripp brings a wide range of expertise from her experience in corporations, consulting, and start-ups. Her time as team leader in marketing at the PAYBACK rewards shop, where she already initiated AI projects, was particularly formative.
