GLOPayback has received excellent ratings for its customer service and satisfaction according to the latest “German Customer Award 2022/23” study by the German Society for Consumer Studies. The bonus system was honored for its “outstanding customer satisfaction,” “outstanding customer service,” and “outstanding price-performance ratio.” The company achieved the highest scores across all sectors and in the “bonus programs” category. The study involved nearly 340,000 customer assessments of over 2,500 companies from 258 sectors. The awards are based on direct feedback from customers between the ages of 18 and 65 who were surveyed on a 10-point scale. Florian Wolfframm, Head of Retail Sales & Marketing at PAYBACK, said the company is motivated to continue improving and expanding its strong partner network to meet the needs of its 31 million customers in Germany.
