Penn Entertainment has launched Penn Play, its new official customer loyalty programme. Penn Play will allow customers to earn and redeem rewards across a range of Penn properties, including both gaming and entertainment venues.

Penn Entertainment has launched a new customer loyalty programme, called Penn Play, which will allow customers to earn and redeem rewards across Penn properties. The programme will have five tier levels, each with exclusive benefits and rewards. Customers will have various payment options available, including cashless and contactless technology. Penn Play also comes with a mobile app that offers exclusive promotions and allows customers to monitor their rewards progress. One of the redemption options is Penn Cash, a new loyalty currency exclusive to Penn Entertainment establishments, which can be used at several featured retailers. To celebrate the launch, Penn Entertainment is offering a promotion to give away $1.5m in Penn Cash to members who download the app and meet certain requirements. The company acquired a 36% stake in Barstool Sports and later acquired the company in full earlier this year.
