Porter Airlines has announced a redesign to their VIPorter frequent flyer program to coincide with the launch of their new jets and new routes. The programme offers more membership tiers and additional perks for high-status participants. Members can achieve the first level with just $2,000 in eligible purchases.

Earn and redeem for a flight
When you book a flight, you’ll earn VIPorter points on every dollar you spend which you can redeem for future travel! You can easily redeem for a flight using only your points, or a combination of dollars and points.
Earn points on everything
You’ll collect VIPorter points for every dollar of qualifying spend you earn. Qualifying spend is earned on everything you purchase (excluding taxes and third party fees).

The VIPorter program has five levels, each with added benefits. As you advance through the levels, you earn more points on every dollar spent. Your points go the extra mile for you!

Redeem for flights with ease
There are two ways you can use your VIPorter points to redeem for a flight:
Points only: Your VIPorter points can be used to cover the entire base fare of your flight, excluding tax and third-party fees.
Dollars and points: You can pay for your flights with a combination of VIPorter points and dollars.
Earn Avid Traveller perks
From a flight, to checked bags, seat selection and more, you’ll earn on every dollar you spend with Porter. When you meet certain qualifying spend thresholds, you’ll experience additional travel benefits and increased VIPorter points earning ratio.
Qualifying spend
Qualifying spend is earned on base fare, seats, checked bag fees, change fees and bundles – everything you purchase (excluding taxes and third party fees). This spend is added to your VIPorter account after travel is completed and determines your VIPorter membership level.
