SAS Introduces “SAS Holidays,” Expanding Into Full-Service Leisure Travel Packages & launching a brand-new all-in-one travel product

SAS has launched SAS Holidays, a one-stop service that bundles flights with hotels, transfers and extras. The offering covers nearly all SAS destinations, lets travelers earn EuroBonus points on full packages, and preserves elite perks. SAS has unveiled SAS Holidays, a new offering designed to meet the growing demand for all-in-one leisure travel solutions. The program allows customers to arrange every part of their trip—flights, hotels, transfers, and optional add-ons—through a single platform, reinforcing SAS’s strategy to grow its presence in the holiday-travel market.

Marketed under the new campaign theme “There’s holidays. And there’s SAS Holidays,” the initiative aims to simplify trip planning while delivering the reliability and service level associated with SAS.

According to Aron Backström, SAS VP of Product & Loyalty, the launch strengthens the airline’s competitive position:
“By providing quality-assured packages, EuroBonus rewards, and strong pricing, we create added value for customers while opening new growth avenues for SAS. SAS Holidays is a natural extension of our ambition to be the preferred choice for both flights and vacations.”

Key features of SAS Holidays include:

  • Coverage of nearly all destinations across the SAS route network.

  • EuroBonus members earn points on the entire package, plus 50% Level Points, with tier perks—such as seat benefits, baggage allowances, and lounge access—still applying for Silver, Gold, and Diamond members.

  • Integrated booking that pairs SAS’s reliable operations with a curated hotel selection for a streamlined, trustworthy planning experience.

The offering is developed in partnership with TripX Travel AB, which manages package-travel compliance and customer protections. Hotel options include properties both in the arrival city and surrounding regions, making it suitable for everything from short weekend trips to extended family vacations.

SAS Holidays is now available for customers booking from European points of sale, and reservations can be made through sas.se, sas.no, sas.dk, and flysas.com.
