Cornish fashion retailer Seasalt has unveiled its new loyalty programme, Seasalt Rewards, aiming to enhance customer engagement across both in-store and online platforms.

A Seamless Transition from Stamp Cards

Launched on 30 April 2025, Seasalt Rewards replaces the brand’s traditional stamp card system with a digital, points-based approach. Customers earn points for every purchase, with 100 points equating to a £5 discount on future transactions. Notably, there is no minimum spend required to accumulate points, making the scheme accessible to all shoppers.

Existing stamp card holders can seamlessly transfer their accrued stamps to the new system until the end of June 2025, ensuring a smooth transition without loss of benefits.

Enhanced Customer Benefits

Beyond straightforward discounts, Seasalt Rewards offers a suite of perks designed to deepen customer loyalty:

  • Birthday Gift Vouchers: Members receive special vouchers to celebrate their birthdays.

  • Exclusive Offers and Competitions: Access to members-only promotions and contests.

  • Early Sale Access: Priority entry to sales events before the general public.

The programme is integrated into a mobile wallet card, facilitating easy access and use across various shopping channels.
