Sky has relaunched its VIP customer loyalty programme in the UK, making it free and accessible to all Sky customers via the My Sky app. The refreshed programme includes more than 3 million rewards and experiencesthroughout the year, designed to enhance value, personalization, and customer engagement.

What’s New in Sky VIP?

Weekly Treats

In partnership with Sainsbury’s, Sky VIP will offer almost 2 million complementary treats—including premium Taste the Difference pizzas, ice lollies, and snacks from brands like Love Corn and Whitworths—distributed weekly starting 9 July.

Free Movies

Each week, VIP members will receive a free movie rental via Sky Store, along with trial passes to leading streaming services. The first featured title is The Bad Guys, offered from 14 July.

Exclusive Shopping Discounts

Members will gain access to special savings on brands such as Puma, JBL, Hearst, HelloFresh, LG, Parkdean Resorts, and more. Discounts will rotate monthly to ensure variety and freshness.

Epic Experiences

Sky VIP will offer access to unforgettable experiences, including cinema screenings, VIP lounge access, trips to attractions, and exclusive event tickets.

Sports Rewards for Sky Sports Subscribers

Sky Sports customers enrolled in VIP can claim a free 12-month subscription to The Athletic, win tickets to events like the Ryder Cup, and enjoy exclusive offers on sports merchandise from Fanatics, Callaway Golf, Castore, and more. Around 100,000 sports tickets will be available.

Enhanced Value Over Time

The longer a customer stays with Sky, the more personalized and valuable their rewards become. Offers will be tailored based on products, services, and length of tenure.

Available to All Sky Customers

Sky VIP is automatically available (and free) to all Sky TV, broadband, and sports subscribers. Customers simply need to download or open the My Sky app to activate and access the full range of perks.

Helen Kloepfer, Director of Sky VIP, commented:

“The new Sky VIP reward programme is our way of saying thank you to our customers by giving them more of what they love. Whether you’re new to Sky or a long-standing customer, there’s always something exciting waiting in the My Sky app that makes every day a little better.”

Currently, around 1 million customers are engaging with the Sky VIP programme each month, and the relaunch is expected to significantly expand that number.

Why It Matters

  • Enhanced Customer Value: Regular treats and discounts help Sky retain existing customers and attract new ones by offering everyday value.

  • Deepened Engagement: Weekly rewards and fresh incentives keep users actively engaged with Sky’s services.

  • Broad Appeal: With rewards covering entertainment, shopping, sports, and lifestyle experiences, the programme caters to a wide range of customer interests.

How to Get Started

  1. Ensure you’re an active Sky subscriber (TV, broadband, or sports).

  2. Download or open the My Sky app on your mobile device.

  3. Navigate to the Sky VIP section.

  4. Explore and claim weekly rewards, movie offers, exclusive discounts, and special experiences.

Sky’s revamped VIP loyalty programme delivers weekly rewards, exclusive discounts, entertainment perks, and premier experiences to loyal customers at no extra cost. With this relaunch, Sky is raising the bar for customer appreciation and engagement in the UK subscription market.
