Spotify launches a new trial in India: an in-app rewards programme that will provide savings and other advantages based on users’ Spotify usage. People who use Premium Mini for any 10 days within the following 30 days are eligible for the first incentive, which entitles them to receive their subsequent week of Premium Mini for just two rupees as opposed to 25.

Szymon Kope, senior product manager at Spotify, tweeted about the rollout and said that, despite the rewards program’s first introduction in India, it was “designed with Asia in mind.” After this first obstacle, not every one will be the same, he continued.
